Update: The "beau" and I are just friends, and I also laid down a rule: If we're going to go where we went that night again, he will have to want to be more than just friends. Other than that, he will just be my friend. I let him know I feel too much for him to just have a casual thing going on alongside our friendship. And that doing that could actually hurt our friendship, because I would always be hurting. And that I'm tired of hurting.

=) I feel a lot better now. Disappointed, but a lot better.

which on is the beau? Is this Nate? The guy that you liked when I met you. So you guys had a fling but it didn't go any further than that? At least you laid down the law and are starting to protect yourself now. I imagine you would be hurt. It was like these two guys liked you, wanted you and then it was over for whatever reason and at that point completely disregarded your feelings.

Ok.the stuff that happened that one night was us "just having fun." When we were together b4, we were actually in a relationship. He ended it, bc he realized he wasn't ready. And yes, the one I'm talking about is Nate. And the only reason I'm not with either of these guys is neither of them are ready for a relationship, although they thought they were when they pursued me. AND we remained good friends, because they really do like who I am. It's just the wrong time for them, and when my time comes to find the right person, I'll find him. Nate felt terrible when he ended it with me, and Dane didn't feel to great about it either, but they are both great guys, and we have an incredible respect for one another.
